As a follow up to my latter to the Building Department on
February 24, 2004, be advised on February 20, 2004 T
personaliy inspected the Sledjeski residence at the above
captioned location on the 'NIS of Ruth Road.
The presnt basementarea was dug and the concrete foundation
was cons4iructed during 1978, when the house was ;relocated
to its p %sent location. I certify that the poured concrete
foundati n was constructed in accordance with the New York
State Building Code in existence at that time.
I also inspected the sanitary system and. I certify the
existing sanitary system with the exception of the waste
