as Co- Executors of the last will and testament of Mary Arai Meiri who died June 21, 1993, as
per Nassau County Surrogate Court File No. 28388/A; and as Co- Executors of the last will and
testament of Yehuda Jay Meiri, who died June 21, 1993,as per Nassau County Surrogate Court
File No. 28337 AIB, party of the first part, and
Lisa H. Jacobs, with an address at 170 Emory Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters testamentary were issued
by the Surrogate's Court,Nassau County, New York on July 19, 1993 and by virtue of the power
and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Three Hundred and Ninety five Thousand
Dollars ($395,000.00), lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Peconic, Suffolk County, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, Greenport, New York"and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179, which said part of lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pipe on the Northerly line of Lilac Lane which is distant 130 feet Westerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Northerly line of Lilac Lane with the Westerly line of Horton Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said side of Lilac Lane, South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West, 90.08 feet to a
monument and land(now or formerly)of Cybulski;
THENCE North 23 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West, along last mentioned land 257.10 feet to a monument and land
(now or formerly)of Schaffer;
THENCE North 63 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East, along said last mentioned land, 90 feet to a stake and land (now
or formerly)of Behan and Yardley
THENCE along same, South 23 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds East, 267.74 feet to the northerly line of Lilac Lane, the
point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
premises which by law constitute real property.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, of in and to the

TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had
at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the
first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will
or otherwise,
TO HAVEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
costs of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
