Michael Kimack on behalf of 220 FLORAL BLVD. CORP. requests a Wetland Permit to remove
existing fixed wood dock, ramp and floating dock; in same location construct landward 3'x4' steps
leading up to a 4'x6' elevated landing to a 4 foot wide by 76 foot long fixed "L" shaped dock using
Thru-Flow decking throughout with 11 sets (22 total) of a minimum 8" diameter pressure treated
pilings; off end of 76' long fixed dock install a 3'x10' aluminum ramp to a 6'x20' floating dock using
marine grade decking, set in an "I" configuration and secured by two (2) 10" diameter anchor
pilings. Located: 1825 Gull Pond Lane, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-35-4-15
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposal is
CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of.Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

Planning Board
1. All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies, shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in
making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building Permits
and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
2. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfront Revitalization Program. A proposed action will be evaluated as to its sigmificant
beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area(which includes all of Southold Town).
3. If any question in Section C on this form is answered "yes" or "no", then the proposed action will
affect the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency
review law. Thus, each answer must be explained in details.listiny- both supporting and non-
supporting facts. If an action cannot be certified as consistent with the LWRP policy standards and
conditions,it shall not be undertaken.
A copy of the LWRP is available in the following places: online at the Town of Southold's
website (southoldtown.northfork.net), the Board of Trustees Office, the Planning Department, all
local libraries and the Town Clerk's office.

McGoey Project Description
Remove existing fixed wood walkway, wood ramp and floating dock.
Install new fixed L shaped walkway at 4 ft. x 76 ft. in length ( 304 SF ) with thru
flow decking throughout with 11 sets ( 22 total ) of min. 8" diam. pressure
treated pilings. Install a 3 ft. x 10 ft. aluminum ramp ( 30 SF w/ 18 SF over water
). Install a 6 ft. x 20 ft. floating dock ( 120 SF )with marine grade decking and two
( 2 ) 10 " diam. anchor pilings. Total of 442 SF
The new walkway will be installed at the same location at the bulkhead as the
existing walkway and extend less than 24 ft. seaward than the existing floating
dock.
