SCTM# 1000- 58-2-16 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposal is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP provided the following is considered to further policy 6: 1. Aerial photos show that the dwelling was existing in 1978. 2. The parcel is located within a FEMA AE flood zone. Static Base Flood Elevation 12'. 3. NOAA models predict severe flooding impacts to parcels due to sea level rise. See below.
