Located: 1225 Long Creek Drive, Southold. SCTM# 1000-55-3-29 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposal is INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP provided the following is considered to further policy 6: 1. The deck is located 20' to tidal wetlands where a 100' setback is required. In the event the action is approved: 2. Require a vegetated buffer incorporating existing to preserve water quality in this low-flow tidal area. Retain trees in a buffer and allow limbing up. 3. Due to the slope towards the water body—design a sand sink to capture surface runoff. 4. Verify where the outdoor shower would drain. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
