SCTM# 1000-3-1-16 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policy 6. 1. The leaching galleys are located in a FEMA flood zone El 7. 2. Will the expansion of the house add more sanitary flow and potential impacts to the high- quality Pipes Cove ecosystem? If so, how much over existing conditions? 3. What does the modified vegetation buffer refer to? 4. What is the finish grade slope,will stormwater flow into surface waters? 5. A significant buffer in width and vegetation density is recommended to protect the water quality of Pipes Cove. 6. Maximum setbacks should be required. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
