Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to-this department,-as well as the records available to-me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. TEICHER to construct a one- car garage 18'X 24' with stairs 4'X 18'. Stairs located 79.6' from top of bank and garage foundation located 83.6' from top of bank.
