SCTM# 1000-78-4-17 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following is considered to further Policy 6. Limit clearing on the waterside of the new dwelling. Preserve the trees. This recommendation is made with the following considerations: 1. The area of the lot is small, and the structure cannot be relocated outside of the FEMA flood zone AE. Nevertheless, structure should be minimized in flood zones, and setbacks should be maximized from wetlands capable of flooding property.
