SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,situate,lying and being at Bay View,in the Village and Town of
Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the Southwesterly line of a certain right of way 30 feet,more or less,in width
and hereinafter described,at the Southeasterly corner of land which may have been conveyed by*Bunce to
Richard J.Hasey,said pipe begin South 56 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 481.67 feet from a
concrete monument set on the Southwesterly line of Main Bay View Road at the Northwesterly corner of land
heretofore conveyed by*Bunce to Sophie Anderson;
RUNNING THENCE along the said Southwesterly line of said right of way South 15 degrees 24 minutes 10
seconds East a distance of 100 feet to an iron pipe;
RUNNING THENCE in a general Southwesterly direction along lands which may have been conveyed by*Bunce
to Hana Shaw,South 78 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 100 feet,more or less,to the mean
high water line of Corey Creek;

3. Thence Norh 15 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 107.51 feet to a point opposite the
Northeasterly corner of the premises herein about to be conveyed and hereinabove described;
