Dear Ms. Burden:
This letter is a follow up to your email of February 15, 2024, along with photographs.
The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove two (2) dead trees that are
located on your property and are within 100' of the wetlands. These trees were
reviewed and seen by Trustee President, Glenn Goldsmith on March 4, 2024.
The Board of Trustees determined that the two (2) trees near your dwelling may be
removed at this time. The Board of Trustees recommend replacing these trees with one
(1) new native hardwood trees planted anywhere on your property to help mitigate the
loss of the two trees. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Crap, sorry! I looked at it this morning.
It's okay to remove both trees. I didn't really notice a problem with one of them, so we'll just ask her to
replant one native hardwood on the property somewhere within Trustee jurisdiction.
