Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policy 6 and,therefore, CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following is considered: 1. Aerial photos show that the bluff is actively eroding, and the angle of repose is severe in many locations. The stairs should be located where the bluff is most stable.
