The Planning Board reviewed the subdivision map at its August 28, 2000 work session.
They decided that the land that was reserved for cul-de-sacs is no longer necessary. They
recognize that these land reservations create problems on the small lots. They believe
that the Building Department should measure the setbacks from the property line.
