The inspection covered the footing and reinforcement for the alterations to the existing residential structure. The areas inspected included the excavation,reinforcement, and footings for the interior piers for the structure and exterior piers for the front and rear porches/decks. The inspection was completed before backfilling. The inspection results are: Items inspected included footing depth, size and reinforcement,pier depth,size and reinforcement. The footing and pier work was done according to approved plans and in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes. The inspection covered the first and second floor exterior and interior walls and the ceiling/roof. The inspection results are: 1 —Walls—Insulation provided and installed by Pro Seal Company. Insulation is full depth(3-1/2" and 5-1/2") closed cell spray foam and rated as R-24.5 and R-38.5. The insulation provided was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes. 2—Ceiling/Roof—Insulation provided and installed by Pro Seal Company. The spray foam insulation has a depth of 5-1/2"(ceiling) and 7" (roof). The closed cell spray foam and rated as R-38.5 and R-49. The insulation provided was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
