Box 1179 Southold,NY 11971 Re Freshwater Wetland Permit Application—Proposed Modifications Douglas P. Robalino Living Trust& Diane E. Robalino Living Trust, 1695 Bay Avenue,East Marion,NY, SCTM# 1000-31-9-21.1 Dear President Goldsmith and Members of the Board of Trustees: This firm represents the Living Trusts of Douglas and Diane Robalino (the "Applicants") in connection with the above referenced 2024 application. The matter was last before the Trustees of March 20, 2024 and we last corresponded with the Board on October 23, 2024. In the Field Inspection Report dated May 7, 2024, the Trustees listed "non-turf buffers" wherever possible and to address drainage with native planting. Over the past few months, the Applicant has been working with Marshall Paetzel to develop a landscape design which we believe addresses the Trustees' comments. In this regard, enclosed please find three (3) sets of the Revegetation Plan as prepared by Marshall Paetzel Landscape Architecture dated April 3, 2025. The landscape plan proposes removal of the masonry wall in disrepair and replacement with two tiers of 30" masonry walls proposed with 36" between the walls planted with native grasses. All debris, including tires and trash, will be removed from the non-disturbance buffer by hand and native seed mix will be placed in areas of exposed soil. A 1978 sf vegetated non turf buffer is proposed on the garage side of the house and a concrete pad at the rear of the house will be removed and replaced with pervious gravel. a f J April 8, 2025 Page 2 of 2 Applicants reiterate their request for issuance of a permit so that a Certificate of Occupancy can issue. Should the Board have any questions, please contact the undersigned. Very truly yours, 4en KH:dp Encls. -D APR 1 1 2025 Southold Town Board of Trustees AUTHORIZATION (Where the applicant is not the owner) I/We, Douglas Robalino and Diane Robalino owners of the property identified as SCTM# 1000- 31-9-21.1 in the town of Southold .New York, hereby authorizes Twomey, Latham, Shea.,_ Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP to act as any agent and handle all necessary work involved with the application process for permit(s)from the Southold Town and of Trustees for this property.
