Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an agreement with the CSEA relative to Public Safety Dispatcher overtime. 446. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds for upgrading software for Justice Court and Police Department computers. 447. Determine that Supervisor Horton, or his successor in his office, is authorized to act on behalf of the Municipality's governing body in all matters related to State assistance under Environmental Conservation Law Article 56, Title 3 for the Mattituck Creek Nonpoint Source Pollution Mitigation Project. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for one re-furbished 1996 Mobil M-9d High Dump Street Sweeper or vehicle of like kind. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute the proof of loss statement for Kemper Insurance for losses sustained at the Human Resource Center. Accept the bid of Montecalvo Paving Corp. for furnishing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Pavement "Type 5 Shim" Sand Mix Asphalt. Accept the bid of Montecalvo Paving Corp. for furnishing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Pavement "Type 6 Top". Accept the resignation ofPaula Quintieri from her position as Clerk Typist in the Zoning Board of Appeals. Authorize modification to the Community Preservation Fund 2003 budget for improvements at the Custer Preserve Site. Request the County of Suffolk to transfer to the Town of Southold SCTM #1000-45-1-10, pursuant to Section72-h of the General Municipal Law and Local Law 13-1976.
