POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attend'rog public is encouraged to briefly
address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

649. Accept the bid of Jersey One Auto Sales for the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria, VIN

650. Appoint Carol A~ Hydell to the position of full-time Mim~bus Driver for the Human
Resource Center.
651. Authorize modification [o the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds
for kitchen equipment, Programs for the Aging.
652L Grant permission to Senior Site Planner Bruno Semon to attend a High-Performance Green
Building Design Workshop on October 8, 2003 in Farmingdale, NY.

Authorize modification to the Solid Waste District 2003 budget for miscellaneous supplies
and services.

against a Town Employee.
Authorize modificati0n to the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds
for office supplies} programs for the Aging.
Proclaim October 12-18, 2003 as "Archives Week" in the Town of Southold.
Accept the resignation, of Lydia Tortora from the position of Chairperson of the Zoning
Board of Appeals.

design of the Southold Town Solid Waste Transfer Station.

hearing on the purchase of a portion of the property of Mary Grace Dougherty and Others,

Set 5:35 p.m., October 21, 2003, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public
hearing on the purchase of property owned by John L. Hurtado, Sr. and John L. Hurtado,
Jr., SCTM'# 1000-79-5-20.13.
Determine that the Church Lane Neighborhood Rezoning is an Unlisted action and wilt not
have a significant impact on the environment and adopt a Negative Declaration pursuant to
the SEQRA Rules and Regulations for the proposed rezonlng of the identified parcels.
Enact "A Local Law to Change the Zoning District Designation of Certain Parcels of
Property Known as SCTM #1000-96-1-3; 1000-96-1-4, t; 1000-96-1-5.1; 1000-96-1-6;
