southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Kraus Road and the
easterly side of Ole Jule Lane;
THENCE from said point of beginning, South 52 deg. 56 min. 50 sec. East 266.00 feet to a tie
line at the northwesterly edge of Canal;
THENCE along the northwesterly edge of said canal, South 47 deg. 23 min.10 sec. West 122.96
feet;
THENCE North 36 deg. 35 min.30 sec. West 210 feet to the easterly side of Ole Jule Lane;
THENCE along the easterly side of Ole Jule Lane. North 02 deg.35 min.10 sec. East, 75,00 feet
to the point of place of beginning.
