unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,

thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport,Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York and more particularly bounded as Schedule A.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises,

York,being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Front Street,which said stake is distant 67 feet(deed)
(76.59 feet as surveyed) from the intersection formed by the easterly side of Third Street with the
southerly side of Front Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Front Street, North 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds
East, 67.50 feet to lands now or formerly of Mascony Transport and Ferry Services, Inc.;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 4 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East, 140.33 feet to land
now or formerly of American Legion;
THENCE along last mentioned land, South 83 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, 67.50 feet to land
now or formerly of Mascony Transport and Ferry Service,Inc.;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Mascony Transport and Ferry Service,Inc.,North 4 degrees
51 minutes 20 seconds West, 141.78 feet to a stake set on the southerly side of Front Street, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY:TOGETHER with all right,title and interest of the party of the first part,of,in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the

cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
