New York. as the time and l~lac~ for a Imblic hearin~ on the cmestion of the eift of a conservation easement on am~roximatelv 0.9: acres of l~rol~ertv from John M. May and Others, in accordance with Chapter 59 of/he Town Code. This parcel is known as SCTM#1000-54-4- 20, the address is1925 North Sea Drive, Southold, New York and the property is located on the north side of North Sea Drive. The total price would be costs associated with transfer of title of the easement to be gifted. FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that a more detailed description of the above mentioned parcel of land is on file in Land Preservation Deparunenr, Southold Town Hall, Feather Hill Annex, Southold, New York, and may be examined by any interested person during business hours. Perhaps our Land Preservation Coordinator could give us some additional details on this.
