Yakaboski COUNCILMAN WlCKHAM: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 25 (Agricultural Lands) and/or Chapter 6 Community Preservation Fund) of the Town Code, the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby sets Tuesday, December 2, 2003, at 8:05 p.m.~ Southold Town HalI~ 53095 Main Road, S0uthold~ New York as the time and place for a public hearing for the purchase of a development rights easemem on agricultural lands for a certain parcel ofpropert~ owned bv The Estate of Alice G. Duffv. Said property is identified as SCTM #1000-63-2-6 and 1135 Boisseau Avenue. The property is located on the west side of Boisseau Avenue, in Southold. The development rights easement comprises approximately 7.168 acres of the 8.152 acre farm. The exact area o£the development rights easement is subjec[ to the sm'vey. The purchase price is $27,500 (twenty-seven thousand five hundred dollars) per acre. The property is listed on the Town's Community Preservation Project Plan as property that . should be preserved due to its agricultural value. FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that a more detailed description of the above mentioned parcel of land is on file in Land Preservation Department, Southold Town Hall, Feather Hill Annex, Southold, New York, and may be examined by any interested person during business hours. This was published on the Town Clerk's bulletin board and it has appeared in the Traveler-Watchman newspapers and I have no further communications on it. losh?
