15, 1974 as Map No. 6066, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Fairway Drive distant 160.30 feet northerly from the extreme northerly end
of a curve connecting the northerly side of Path Way with the southerly side of Fairway Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Fairway Drive, North 01 degree 00 minutes 40 seconds East, 150.00 feet
to a monument and the division line of Lot Nos. 32 and 33;
THENCE South 88 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East, along last mentioned division line 274.28 feet to a monument
