Dear Supervisor Horton & Members of the Town Board,
During the ,recem Town Board Work Session discussion of my propogal to provide
consrtlting~ser~iCes rega/difig the Hamlet RevitaliTation Project, you expressed a desire to
review my professional qualifications. I have attached a summary document, which I
hope, provides you a more in-depth understanding ofmy professional capabilities.
Over the years, Ihave had the opp0rtun/ty to work on a number of revitalizatinn projects,
and have been extensively involved in the public participation process. You are aware of
my in¥olvement in the SEEDS project. In that project, I serve as a sub consultant to the
prkne contractor, AKRF. My role in SEEDS has 'been limited to facilitating the public
part?c'rpation process; the charettes and workshops~ I unfortunately, have not been
involved in project's policy direction. Feel flee to contact those involved in SEEDS to
obta/a an assessment of my particular role. You may also wish to speak with the project
client, Gerry Bogaz at NYMTC, or perhaps Kevin Wolford at NYSDOT.
Last week, I also mentioned my involvement in tlfe Bridgehampton Hamlet Study in
Southampton. In that project I served as a sub consultant to the prime coraractor
Buckhurst Fish & Jacquemart. Please feel flee to contact SouthampTon as well. Jeff
Murphry, the Town'Planner would probably have the most knowledge of my role in that
project.
I have played significant roles in a number of projects throughout the New York
metropolitan reg~or~ I have been.involved in the redevelopment of the Village of Port
Chester's central bus'mess district for over a decade. 1 have also been involved in the
revitalization of the Fown of Harrison'~ two business districts, the Village of Ossiulng's
Central Business District, the Village of Tuckshoe's downtown, the City of Mount
