L I know that the Landlord would not rent the Premises to the Tenant unless I guarantee Tenant's per~
formance. I ha*e also requested the Landlord to enter into the Lease with the Tenant. I have a substantial
interest in making sure that the Landlord rents the prennses to the Tenant.
2. The following is nay Guaranty:
I guaranty tl]e :lull performance of the Lease by the Tenant. This Guaranty ia absolute and without any
condition, it includes, bat is not limited to, the payment of rent and other me, hey chargee.

AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
The Town of Southold, Landlord, and the Sou[hold Town Promotion
COmmittee, lnc,, Tenant, agree to amend the lease agreement between the
,parties dated March 10, 1989, for rental of the tourist information booth in
Laurel, as follows:
The name of the Tenant, Southold Town Promotion Committee is hereby
changed to North ~ork Promotion Coundl, Inc., to reflect its new name.
All other terms of the lease remain the same.
