Persistence Properties (a/k/a Graeb) 84-1-10.1. They are offering the sale of

awaiting Health Department approval. Melissa will tell Mr. Lark, their attorney, that
because of the covenant on the property, there aren't any development rights to sell.
When Mr. Wankel arrived, Melissa introduced him to the Committee and other attendees.
He gave the Committee a little of his background. He has spend his entire professional
career overseeing the operation, maintenance and preservation of some of the best park
and recreation systems in the country. He has volunteered his services to the Town. He
sill do whatever he can to help the Committee. He will be working on the Laurel Lake
area.
Melissa received a letter and survey from Whitmores Nursery re: improvements on
Town owned development rights. (18-6-14.9). They applied to the Building Department
for a permit for deer fence and greenhouses. Melissa was alerted by the Building
Department, as they have to get the permission from the Land Preservation Committee.
Melissa will write a letter to them asking for more details in regard to the screening of the
fence.
McFeeley property - 125-1-14 - 31.7 acres - This is open space which is to be a
partnership between the Town and County. The Suffolk County Water Authority wants
