FINDING~ OF PA~;T The Zoning Board of Appeals held a public hearing on this application on January 22, 2004, at which time written and oral evidence were presented. Based upon all testimony, documentation, personal inspection of the property, and other evidence, the Zoning Board finds the following facts to be true and relevant: AREA VARIANCE RELIEF RECiUE,~TFI3: Applicant is requesting approval of the front yard location of an existing 24.3 x 44.3 ft. accessory one-story garage. ADDITIONAL. INFORMATION0: The accessory garage was constructed and inspected under BtlItding Psrmit #13988-Z dated Jtme 3, ~,985 when the prepe~ consisted of 13+ acres with frontage along Tabor Road and Village Lane.
