As per our previous conversations, the placement of RCA Base material began in the northern most Cul-De-Sac at the end of Marina Lane. The RCA Road Base should be completed in the near future, weather permitting. Approximately 80% of the Base has been placed & graded and is considered suitable for accessibility. The contractor assures rile that construction traffic would not prohibit the final grading and placement of any additional RCA. I have reviewed this matter with the Planning Board and the Board has no objection to the issuing of Building Permits. At this time, it is the recommendation of the Engineering Department that all of the lots within this subdivision should be considered open for building permits. Access to construction of homes within this subdivision should be exclusively from Gus Drive and not through the existing residential neighborhood along Marina Lane.
