I will go ahead and write the permit. Generally speaking, if a patio is flush to grade and is now becoming roofed over, it would then count towards lot coverage and setbacks. Is the patio counted towards lot coverage?If is it turned into a screened-in, roofed-over area, does it then count towards lot coverage?And does it become a factor in determining setbacks once the patio is turned into a room like this?I'm just curious.
