I am the agent for the project proposed by the Leifers.This is in reference to the meeting
described below scheduled by the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals.
Please note that the proposed accessory apartment will not require any changes to the size
ofthe existing garage. The building perimeter and height will remain as is;the structure
will maintain the current overall appearance. The planned construction includes only new
windows and interior work. There is a site plan and schematic of the apartment layout
enclosed.
