There 'is ne.subdivision of these premises into one acre lots under-consideration. The sole purpose of this application is to convey a 1 1/2 acre plot to a friend, namely Thomas W. Russell, for the purpose of Mr. Russell's building a home. The present plans submitted describe a right of way. leading from the premises to be conveyed to Mr° Russell to Crescent Avenue which is, in turn, a private road, which eventually leads out ~o Fox Avenue, a public road. At present there is no ptan on the part of Mr. Gues~..to"improve Crescent Avenue, and it is acknowledged that it is ~secondary road leading =to subject property. However, ii. is well kin?wa to iV[r, Guest and to Mr. Russell, and they are perfectl~ happy, t~o have it continue in its presen~ condition~ in that this is basically a summer operation and during the summer months is perfectly adequate. It would appear that metropolitan rules and regulations are being applied to a purely rural area.
