York State Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that: The property landward of the bulkhead, greater than 1001 in length, which was constructed prior to September 20, 1977, as shown on the survey prepared by Nancy L. Steelman, dated October 27, 1999 is beyond Article 25 jurisdiction. Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661) no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands Act .
