Box 521 Greenport NY 11944 RE: SALVATORE & FRANCINE PRATO SCTM #35-4-22 Dear Ms. Mart~n, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated and received in our office on February 14, 2000, and determined that the construction of an addition to the family room to an existing ~ouse to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
