Gentlemen:
This is in further regard to the proposed installation of single phase
electric facilities 5o the above premises.
As stated mn our letter of June 7, 1991, prior no the installation of our
facilities we must be provided with a free, permanent easemenn from the Town
of Southold. Enclosed are an original and nwo copies of said instrement.
Please have Mr. Scott Harris, Town Supervisor, sign each of these on the
second pages, affix the corporate seal to each second page, and have them
notarized in BLACK INK on the backs of the jackets. After the easement has
been executed, please resurn the original and first copy to this office. The
second copy should be kepn by the Town of Southold for their record.
In addition, Suffolk County now requires a "Real Proper~y Transfer Gains Tax
Affidavit" (attached) ~o accon~pany each easement. Please enter name, address,
and Social Security nllmber of Owner. Check appropriate box betweeh 1 - 5,
sign the back bottom left (Transfer or/Grantor area), have it notarized, and
return it with the easemenn.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 13. 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes
and directs Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute a free, permanent
easement from the Town of Southold to Long Island Lighting Company for
the proposed installation of single phase electric facilities at the Highway
Department property, Peconic Lane, Peconic, where a Telecommunications
Tower and Equipment Building will be installed by Cellular Telephone
Company, d/b/a Metro One, all in accordance with the approval of the Town
Attorney.
