Wl~.REAS, the To~vn of Southold wishes to engage the services of Myrtle Kiefer, Certified Court Reporter, who will personally, or by her agent, provide court reporting ser~Sces to the Town of Southold Justice Court; WHEREAS, Myrtle Kiefer has agreed to perform services as a Certified Court Reporter to the Southold Town Justice Court; NOW, TllEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOIJOWS: The fee shall be $200.00 per appearance from 9:30 a.m. session until 4:00 p.m., or any part thereof_ lfan extra session is required after 4:00 p.m., the fee would be an additional $50.00 for any four (4) hours, or any part thereof. This includes re=-mlar court calendars or jury trials. If a jury trail is cancelled, unless five (5) business days notice is given there will be alee of $150.00_ If a Friday session is cancelled (other than holidays) there will be a fee of $150.00. There will be a fee of $3.00 per page for any transcript of court proceedings as required by the court. The above services will be provided on Friday court sessions by Myrtle Kiefer, or her agents.
