I am currently in the process of completing the construction of a new single-family wood-frame residence on the property trader the above referenced building permit. On January 16, 2004, Building Inspector Gary Fish, was presem ar said premises to conduct a final inspection. At that time he noticed that the tmfmished second floor space noted on the b~ilding plans as "Unfinished Attic" was heated. In compliauce with the directive of the Building Department I have removed all thermostatic controls from this "Unfinished Aaic'? area. This space is now nnheated space. I fl.u~rher certify by this letter that the floor below tkis space has been fully insulated with R-19 fiberglass harts and the wall separating the "Unfinished Attic" from the "Loft" is fully insnlated with R-11 fiberglass bans.
