This office represents Brian W. Flanagan and Laura K. Flanagan regarding their
application for side yard setback and sky plane variance relief to elevate and renovate the
existing single-family dwelling at the above-referenced premises to achieve compliance
with flood zone regulations.
A public hearing has been scheduled on Thursday, February 1St, 2024 at 11 a.m. in-
person at the Southold Town Hall located at 53095 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971.
Public comment will be available online via Zoom. Copies of the Legal Notice, survey and
site plan are enclosed for your reference, along with instructions for viewing the digital

NOTICE IS 'HEREBY GIVEN., pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hail, 53096 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0969, on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024:
11:00 A.M. - BRIAN W. FLA NAGAN AND LAURA K. FLANAGAN #7874 - Request for
Variances from Article XXIII, 'Section 280-124; Article XXXVII, Section-280-208A; and the
Building Inspector's October 16, 2023 Notice of Disapproval based on an application for a
permit to demolish (as per Town Code definition)and reconstruct a single family dwelling;
at; 1) located less than the minimum required side yard setback, of 10 feet; 2) the
