RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare themselves lead agenc, y under the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the set-off of Maarten Van Hengel located at Fishers Island. An initial determination of non-significance has been made. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the set-off (106-13) of Maarten Van Hengel located at Fishers Island for two lots on 4.50 acres, plan dated as last revised May 28, L985.
