Kohler Model 20KW is powered by NG Gas fuel. This is an air-cooled Generator producing 75 amps of power @ 240 volts. The generator is to be located in the North side of the residence. Supply and install a Kohler 200 Amp automatic transfer switch adjacent to the existing electrical meter. Generator System: The generator offered in this proposal is fully automatic and designed to monitor utility voltage on a 24 hour a day full time basis. The generator is a single phase 120/240-volt machine. When the utility voltage fails' the generator will automatically start and transfer to your electrical panels over to emergency standby power. The system will continue to monitor the utility, and when voltage returns the generator will transfer back over to the utility. I The system will also be designed so that the generator will automatically start and exercise itself for approximately fifteen minutes once each week.
