The following resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, Richard B. Thatcher and M. Llewellyn Thatcher FIDCO Lots 19-1A and p/o 19-2 and 19-1 B (SCTM No. 1000-3-3-7) Dear Board Members: In accordance with your resolution adopted on November 1, 1999, 1 have enclosed certified copies of the deeds covering the new parcels created by the referenced lot line change (now designated as tax lots 7.1 and 7.2 in Block 3 of Section 3 in District 1000 on the Suffolk County Tax Map). These deeds were recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 5, 2000 in Liber 12011 page 592 in the case of new Lot 19-1A and part of 19-2 (SCTM No. 1000-3-3-7.2) and Liber 12011 page 593 in the case of new Lot 19-1 B (SCTM No. 1000-3-3-7.1). have also enclosed four additional prints of the Proposed Lot Line Change forwarded to me by Chandler, Palmer & King on which that surveying firm has made two very minor corrections. In the case of the description of new Lot 19-1 A and part of 19-2, the length of one of the arcs along the road has been changed back to 240.28 feet from 239.86 feet. (That length is consistent with the current and prior deeds of record.) In the case of the description of new Lot 19-1 B, the course of one of the lines along Fishers Island Sound has been changed to 67 degrees from 66 degrees, which is also consistent with the current and the prior deed. Please see that the enclosed maps are substituted for the ones on file, let me know if you need additional copies, and then endorse the maps as evidence that all Planning Board Paget March 8, 2000 conditions to final approval have been satisfied.
