The total, 9. 64 acres involved in the lot line change application herein, has belonged to the Adams family for more than 30 years and shows on the Olmstead Map as 3 home sites and some additional property with no lot number designation. The surveyor has incorporated the none designated property into his revised lot plan in order to give road access to Lot #3, which is land locked on the Olmstead Map. I believe that there is precedent in Southold Town for treating this type of situation as - Lot Line Change since we are starting out with 3 buildable lots (homesites) and ending up with 3 buildable lots (homesites)° and therefore are not subdividing in the ordinary sense. All of the lots created hereunder are fully conforming lots in every regard.
