The Smith s asked us to obtain set back distances of their neighbors within 300' of their property on Soundview Ave. Our findings in the field are as follows: in a southwesterly direction toward Dogwooc Lane. there are two dwellings within 300' of the subject property along Soundview Ave. The adjacent nome under construction has a set back from the road of 40.2'. The home of Marcelo Sehons on the comer of Dogwood Lane and Soundview Ave. has a set back of +/- 15'. In a northeasterly direction from the subject property there is one dwelling within 300' along Soundview Ave., the home of Vincent Carnag~e which has a set back of 29'.
