This plan has been tentatively approved by the Suffolk County Health Department; final approval is pending receipt of approval by the DEC (the plan conforms to their regulations). We expect final SCDHS approval in a matter of weeks. Please expedite the issuance of a Building Permit for the project. As soon a we have the SCDHS permit, we will submit it for your files.
