Redrawn plans from architect Diane Herold showing the correct place of the Bilco door on the foundation plans. Additionally where the plans show a crawl space with 2" scratch coat the plans were changed to show that the full foundation continued where the crawl space was originally drawn. I hope this is acceptable to you. 2. A letter from Ms. Herold stating that the repair work done on the sills and floor joists was in conformity with the NYS Building Code in effect at the time of construction in 1994. Additionally lag bolts have been install in the lolly columns as your note instructed and the wood underlying the chimney in the basement has been removed. If everything is acceptable would you please call me at your earliest convenience at either 516- 742-0291 or 212-559-3600(my office) so that we can arrange for a mutual time and place to meet for the final inspection to obtain a CO for the property.
