ZARA, having an address at 28 Green Valley Road, Armonk, New York 10504
(collectively the "Party of the First Part"), and JEFFREY W. HEIDTMANN and
SAMANTHA HEIDTMANN, having an address at 1725 Anchor Lane, Southold,
New York 11971 (collectively the "Party_of the Second Part).
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part is the present or former owner of the
premises located at 400 Windjammer Drive, Southold, New York 11971 (SCTM#
1000-079.00-04.00-008.001 and 024.000), as more particularly described-on

Schedule A annexed hereto (hereinafter, "400 Windjammer Drive"); and
WHEREAS, the Party of the Second Part is the owner of the premises located
at 1725 Anchor Lane, Southold, New York 11971 (SCTM# 1000-079.00-04.00-
007.000), as more particularly described on Schedule B annexed hereto (hereinafter, d�
"1725 Anchor Lane"); and
WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part owns and claims an easement over
1725 Anchor Lane, including that set forth in Liber D00013151 Page-748; and
WHEREAS, the Party of the First Part and the Party of the Second Part wish
to terminate any easements over 1725 Anchor Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten and 001100 Dollars
($10.00) in hand paid and other good and valuable consideration and the promises

and mutual agreements made by the Parties hereto, the Parties hereto do confirm
and agree as follows:
1. Any easements over any portion of the premises of the Party of the Second
Part (i.e., 1725 Anchor Lane) for the benefit of the premises of the Party of the
First Part (i.e., 400 Windjammer Drive), are hereby terminated, released, and
forever extinguished as of the date hereof.
2. The Party of the First Part does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim to
the Party of the Second Part, and their respective heirs or successors and assigns
forever, any right or interest over any portion of 1725 Anchor Lane.
3. This Agreement shall be recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk.
4. This Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and shall
inure to the benefit of the Parties to this Agreement, their respective heirs,
successors, personal representatives, and assigns.
