Peeples l P` t Southold Town Hall Annex 54375 Main Rd PO Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 To whom it may concern, My name is Howard Ruben and I am in the process of assisting Lester and Ethna Lay with obtaining a Trustee's permit for replacing the bulkhead at 370 Williamsburg Rd in Southold (Corey Creek). There are several points of information in regard to replacing the bulkhead and submitting the permit application which I would like to discuss with the Trustees. I am therefore respectfully requesting a pre- submission site inspection to discuss the questions I have,or other issues that may arise upon inspection concerning the permit submittal. The existing wooden bulkhead has deteriorated and is beginning to lose integrity and needs to be replaced. Washout areas are beginning to appear landward of the bulkhead. Included with the bulkhead replacement will be the rebuilding of the wooden boat ramp which is located at the S.E.corner of the property and is integral to the bulkhead. Please find enclosed a property survey and the notarized Agent Authorization form,the Permission to Enter Property Affidavit and the fee payment of$50.00 for the requested site inspection.
