Southold Zoning Board of Appeals. The owners are seeking relief from Article 111, Section 280 Subsection 15
for relief to construct a detached accessory garage to be constructed in a location other than the code permitted
rear yard. The proposed detached accessory garage will be located in the side yard of the principal residence.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday,FEBRUARY 1,2024 at 10:50 AM. The meeting will be held in
person and via Zoom.
In accordance with the public hearing notice requirement and the enclosed package have been provided for your
review. The package contains instructions for viewing the entire application on the Town website,how to attend
the public hearing in person or via zoom along with a copy of the proposed site plan for the project.
