EN BUGLION 2520 CLEARVIEW AVE., SOUTHOLD SCTM#70-10-29.1 Dear Mr. Hall: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, April 30, 2003: RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to Permit #5309 to rolocatc the proposed well 150' from thc sanitary system, relocatc thc cxpans, ion pools for the sanitary systcrn, and relocate the driveway 4'+/- to thc wc~t in the area oft.he sanitary system. Construct a 30' concrete retainin~ wall along the east property line 30'+/- south of the north property line, and relocate the steps for the d~ck to the west side of the deck end reduced to 4'X 6', and a 4'X 12' addition to the previously approved deck north of the proposed steps, and as depicted on the survey prepared by Joseph L. Ingcgno, dated February 21,2001 and last mvis~ May 5, 2003. Article 25: Tidal Wetlands Project Location: ~ugfion Properly South East Corner. Gagen's Landing & Ciearvlew Avenue, Southold SCTM: 1000-070-10-29.1 The Department of Environmental Conservation has completed its review of your request to amend the referenced permit. This permit authorizes the c~nstruction of e single famiiy dwelling with an associated deck, driveway, fencing and a sanitary system. We have determined, pursuant to the Uniform Procedures Act and Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Parts 62'1 and 661 respectively) that the requested changes will not exceed the scope of the original permit and can, therefore, be approved. The permit is hereby amended to authorize the repositioning of the proposed well to be sited landward of the tidal wetlands boundary to the west of the proposed path. The leaching pools for the septic system shaft be repositioned, but will remain at least 150 feet from the tidal wetland boundary. The driveway shall be realigned to accommodate the new leaching pool arrangement. A concrete retaining wall measuring 30 feet [n length shall be constructed along the eastern property line. The steps to the deck have been repositioned so as to occupy the southwest comer of that structure and the width of the deck has been increased from 30 to .34 feet. Ail features shall conform to the site plan prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno, dated February 21, £001, and last revised Mar~h 13, 2003. All other terms and conditions remain as written in the odginal permit and its previous amendment dated February 7, 2002. This document is an amendment to tho original permit, and, as such, must be available on the project site with the original permit and approved plans whenever authorized work is being conduced.
