WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a private road
running easterly from Little Neck Road at the northwest corner of
the premises herein described adjoining land now or formerly of
Corbley on the west; thence North 760 05' 40" East along the
southerly line of said private road 60.08 feet to other land now
or formerly of Taylor; thence 'South 16° 54 ' 20" East along aforesaid
land 175 feetto the ordinary high water mark of Sheep Pen Channel;
thence Westerly along a tie line having a course of South 74° 11 '
West 60.01 feet to land now or formerly of Corbley; thence North 16°
54' 20" West along land now or formerly of Corbley 177 feet to the
southerly side of a private road to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with 'a right of way to the parties of the second part,
their heirs ,and assigns , for free andunobstructed passage on foot or
with vehicles over the private road, two rods in width, to the public
highway known as Little Neck Road.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises: conveyed to the
party of- the first part by deed dated May 12, 1958 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 19, 1958 in Liber 4463

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
