land now or formerly of Emilia Pike;
THENCE North 15 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West along said land
of Emilia Pike, 150.25 feet to land uoWdr formerly of John Bopp;
THENCE North 74 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East along said land
of John Bopp, 100 feet to the westerly side of Maple Avenue;
THENCE South 15 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds East along the
Westerly side of Maple Avenue, 128.12 feet to the corner aforesaid,
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the Party of the First Part
herein by deed dated April 26, 1975 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 1 1975, in Liber 7833 of
deeds at page 300.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
o X4 oads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
'IIOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
She first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
cration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any.part of the total of thesame for
any other purpose.
The word -party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense af.this indenture so requires..
