Subject: 1U8UCarroll Avenue/ Resolution ZUZ3'1U69
Good evening,
I came across yesterday's Town Board meeting agenda and saw that the sale of 1080 Carroll Avenue was
approved.
At the December 17th Town Board meeting, resolution 2023-1069 conditioned on "the absence of any further
appeals".
In light of my attorney filing the Notice of Appeal, the Reso awarding the bid (being expressly conditioned on no
further appeals) should be considered null, as well as resolution 2023-1070 and resolution 2024-100.
| appreciate your prompt attention and response tothis matter.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Raohe| F|at|ey
