At the December 17th Town Board meeting, resolution 2023-1069 conditioned on "the absence of any further appeals". In light of my attorney filing the Notice of Appeal, the Reso awarding the bid (being expressly conditioned on no further appeals) should be considered null, as well as resolution 2023-1070 and resolution 2024-100. | appreciate your prompt attention and response tothis matter. Thank you Sincerely, Raohe| F|at|ey ATTENTION: This ccuuil came from an cxtcruu] source. Donot open attachments orclick oolinks from unknown senders orunexpected ccuuils. z
