begins at the southerly end of that course of the
easterly line of Oriental Avenue which runs

BOARDINGHOUSE ROAD: The southerly line begins
at the southerly end of tbmt course~ of the easterly
line of Crescent Avenue which runs S.15°14g20"W. and

westerly line of the hereinafter described ~f~/

northerly line of West Street and runs thence two

the hereinabove described Boardinghouse. Road; thence
two courses, as follows: (1) Crossing the easterly
end of said Boardinghouse Road and continuing,

Describing and Recording "MANSION HOUSE
DRIVEw as a Torn Highway in Town of
Southold, County of S folk state
of New York, a Highway used by the Pub-
lic for more than Fifteen Years.
ORDER ESTABLISHING
TOWN HIGHWAY BY U~ER
All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and beflig at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold,
County of SUffOlk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the northerly terminus of the westerly
line of' EqueStrian Avenue (being the northerly end of that
course of Equestrian Avenue which runs north $ degrees 25
minutes 30 seconds ~ast $?.80 feet) and x-_mning thence four
(~) courses as follows:
(1) North 45 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds east 379.$1
feet~ thence
~2} North 19 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds east 209.30
feet; thence '
(3) North ? degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds east 235.19
feet; thence '
~$) North' 20 degrees 15'minutes 30 seconds west 393.21
feet to the southerly line. of Sappho Road.
The above described line of survey being and intended to be
the westerly line of said highway, said highway being at all
points 50 feet in width. The southerly terminus of the above
described highway being the northerly terminus of Equestrian
Avenue and the northerly 9erminus of the said Mansion House Drive
being the southerly line of Sappho Road.
~"AEREAS, the public for a period of mrs than fifteen years
has used the lands hereinafter described as a public highway in
the Town of $outhold, Suffolk County, New York, and
WHEREAS, it is in all respects proper that such highway shall
be duly ascertained, described and entered on record as a town
highway of the said Town of Southold, and taken over by such Town
and worked and kept in repair by such Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, HAROLD PRICE, the Town Superintendent of
Highways of the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
do hereby ascertain, describe and enter on record as a town high-
way the following, to wit:
